Ok so i have 2 teams on my server Army and Terrorist usually after restart when you choose army team it doesnt call OnPlayerSpawn public.This problem happens sometimes but its annoying and needs to be fixed.Like example you need to receive Desert Eagle on OnPlayerSpawn but you just dont receive it.

Any ideas how to solve it?

Debug it. Put a print on the first line of OnPlayerSpawn so you can see if it really is being called or not.
