Re-Install your GTA SA Fresh
Note: When you install mods, do it 1 by 1 and test them 1 by 1 aswell.. Don't install 100 mods at once then hop IG crashing 24/7 and wasting time looking for the mod that crashes you

I try to un-install them with the program i installed it with, SAMI, but it won't work, and still, if i re-install GTA SA they still will be there.

It doesn't matter if you're in these vehicles, if they're near by or streamed in, you're likely to have problems with them.

The best thing you can do is uninstall GTA: SA, delete any remaining files in the directory for GTA: SA and then reinstall IMO.
