So i get connected to the server but it just won't load. try other servers as well didn't work so i reinstalled my samp but still nothing.

Do you have the same version of the client that server uses? You might have 0.3c but they might use now 0.3d, download new one from sa-mp website.

This problem is many a times faced by me too. Its due to your internet connection. Try connecting to the servers for which you get a lesser ping (100-150).
