Hello
i need good mode not with alot of bugs for start
If someone can give me the base mode of GTASARP NG-RP Or US-RP(The base with what they started) it's will be fine too

Not to be disrespectfull in anyway, but YSI really isn't the best thing to start with, It can (I say CAN) be a bit complicated and useless to new scripters since they have no idea of what to do with it.

I believe and I am sure that if someone love to script, he can learn everything. When I started to script, I never used strcmp as the most do, but I started with ZCMD. Now I am using y_commands because it's similar on the commands's Usage (also has some others feautes.)
I have notice that the most people on the forum request for finished modes to use and then they edit it.
To be honest that's no way to learn, by editing. Start from scratch. Just run pawno.exe : File > New and start make whatever you want/need. If something doesn't work perfect you will know what there is and you will not search and ask for help with a unknown mode (because it's made by someone else).
