Hi there!

I just found out how to add new skins to the game. The problem is.. I can add a skin only. It works with the ID I want (I tried with 301, 304, 306 etc. it worked). But if I add two skins, then SAMP crash during its loading.
If you need more informations, just ask! If we get this fixed, it would be great, I never saw new skins before.

It works with:

There might actually be an upper limit of 300 peds (not counting CJ), I'm not sure about that though. So you have the existing skins 1-299 plus your 301 which makes a total of 300.
