Sometimes when I am near to a lot of players/objects I crash..
In client network stats it appears 0.0 KB Download Rate and more than 0.5 KB in Upload Rate? What's that?
P.S. I am the only who crashes (the server doesn't crash).

Try Running your server on a clean fresh server. If that works, it's one of your plugins/Filterscripts/gamemodes/INC Files...
