I've mapped two different victim interiors, how do I add them into my server? I obviously want one business to be the first mapping, and the other business to be the other mapping.

You will need to convert the code with http://gtamap.delux-host.com/converter/
Then add it in OnGameModeInit

ConvertFFS is for further converting to custom formats/plugin format or whatever.
The delux one is for converting MTA map file to Pawn code.
