How do I make a dialog?
Like at registering you'll have dialogs to select, sex, origin and others.

Your going to need a saving system. Get a basic saving system up and running, like Kush's Y_INI tutorial, or Lorenc's SQLite tutorial. Look in the tutorial section and understand how the saving system works. Once you COMPLETELY understand, it should be fairly simple on how to created the features you've requested.
