Does a program like Simple Native Trainer for GTA IV exist for SA? It would be awesome if it did..

There probably is something similar, but i dont think anyone will be able to link it to you on these forums sadly. You'll have to search a big GTA modding community (some of which have forums, so you could ask for similar stuff).
