Is it possible to chat to players in the volt host console?

It's possible to chat with players.
If volt host gives console, you can simple do this: "say <message>"

The console just sends a RCON command, if you have a RCON command scripted to chat use that / the say command should work for you.

Unfortunately when you use the say command it doesn't show up in the console (this is the nature of SA:MP itself). You can always program your own RCON command to echo it out into the log as well, however
