I have been tryin' to make function that loads dialog list content from file but I haven't found working solution yet..

Point is that I got file test.txt that containts following format:
1,QUESTIOn?,answer
2,QUESTIOn?,answer
3,QUESTIOn?,answer

and I am tryin' to print it to dialog list like this:

1. QUESTIOn?
2. QUESTIOn?
3. QUESTIOn?

(NOT TEXT BOX, list)

and when player clicks like option 1. it will brings text box and player will give answer.

Please help.
