"Last Man Surfing", where some players gets collected on any vehice (preferably a plane), the plane starts, and the last man surfing on it, earns a price.
"Sky Dive Pickup", teleport all players in the air in a circle at the same height, give them a parachute, and let them collect a pickup in the air. 1 try only, as long the pickup cant be touched by running/jumping... this time, the first player collecting it, wins

Create a random map where players can basically DM eachother.

hide n seek....you spawn all players in an interior with lot hide corners ..like crack palace or city hall or jizzys pleasure dome etc...an admin will have minigun and all players will hide without shooting and killing and the seeker will kill the player who will find ..the last who remains alive will win..

Well, be a bit more specific. If it's about a RP server I wouldn't recommend those TDM/DM , even if it's OOC.
