Ive counted 25 people, but that was a few years ago, not sure if the figure is any different these days

Arround 7 people can enter the bus by on their own.
However you can get more players into one bus with PutPlayerInVehicle(); (remember client crashes when he presses enter while sitting in an invalid seat ID (like seat ID 3 in a plane))

It's 8 but 1 with driver as I know..
