What keyboard keys are detectable by SAMP scripts, i am trying to find a good key for a car engine but i dont know witch ones i can use and witch ones i cannot.

Players can change their keys and bind them to any key on their keyboard, so the page doesn't list which specific key is binded to each define (i.e. KEY_FIRE), but KEY_FIRE is typically Left Click, etc.
