Due to a post below I have decided to leave the fixed version up.

Problem:

if i type /ban with out the proper usage, it will ban me. Solution was very simple:

I had added the jBan in the wrong place, instead of using "else" you should just add it to the bottom of your code.

The more ethical and socially conscious option would have been to have left your question up and provided the solution to it in an edit. That way someone else searching the forums for your exact issue would know how to solve it.
