0.3d samp installed today and my server runned but when you join my server it's take 5 seconds for load and spawn, i runned it at hostingtime.de in 0.3c this error wasn't I think this problem at OnPlayerConnect or something
Again, When someone join server got lag 5 seconds and after 5 seconds it's back ok what this error please??

I am not sure that happens to me when i was whit older computer and i hosted a server also i was playing from the same pc then i got lag when someone registers and joins in, buys a car or house. And explain more, actualy upload you script to pastebin ill look it up for you and try to tell you where is the error.

It is possible an error with your registration/login script, check to make sure the script your using did not have a former message/welcome screen at that time. It could possible be a script line taking the time for it to happen. Otherwise, last resort, try another host like Volt or ServerFFS. I never heard of hostingtime.de

Well it happens sometimes bcoz server got a lot of filterscripts so it happens!

I would check into the code of your game mode or filterscripts, most likely something is conflicting.
Also, check your server log to see if anything is out of the oridinary.
