Anyone know the server Underground Stunt World, if you don't it was a server with 120/120 players, On November 23 USW was locked out, When the owner XpanD entered the Control Panel it said "Control panel is unaccessible" (something like that), and the server has been offline ever since, ServerFFS hasn't fixed the problem

ServerFFS has no support
ServerFFS has no ticket
ServerFFS has no forum
ServerFFS has gone down hill

I am the owner of a Stunt server "Furious Drifting", I am also an administrator level 1 on usw, and i transfered my server from serverffs to volt-host

SERVERFFS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET A SERVER, DONT GET ONE FROM THEM!



Now since this tradgedy, USW has shut down.

I agree, Volt has the best support and is very reliable. People blame serverffs yet use them.

Yes, serverFFS has no support. But I have yet to come across someone who's services were shut down without a reason. (Most of the complainers failed to follow the ToS)

I also agree with Infinity, but atleast send an email to the user saying that they didn't follow the ToS and for this reason we have terminated your service. A warning is better because it is not a free service. People pay for it so a warning is the last they could have done.

Are u guys fucking stupid (sorry for flame), usw has used serverffs for 5 years, and NONE OF US broke the ToS, ServerFFS is retarded like this

Also this is what it says

"Your server is currently inaccessible for our control panel!
Our engineers have been notified and will resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Please do not contact us regarding this problem!
We have already been notified, it will be resolved as soon as possible. "

hmm strange, maybe they were jealous ^^ I dnt know. But its really strange to suddenly terminate an account. Did he backup his files? if so I would suggest him to restart the server on some other host.

@ RockingCamman: Seriously, grow up and quit cursing. serverFFS has been known to have issues like this and they don't usually respond to support tickets for days. You should have switched immediately when you didn't get a response to the problem. It's your fault the server has been "ruined."
