Yeah, I think I posted something like this before here, but never quite got a good response. Here is my updated situation:

My case's (CM HAF932) hole behind the motherboard is oddly positioned, or not big enough, or not really compatible with my motherboard for some reason.

When I tried to put in my heatsink, (CM HyperN520), the universal back plate did not fit correctly because it did not fit like it was supposed to because of the hole size. The result of that, the back plate started to cause tension between the motherboard tray and my motherboard started to flex. I took off the heatsink and luckily was issued a RMA and got a full refund.

I plugged in the stock Intel heatsink, which works fine because of the tool-less push-pin mounting system. It does not cause my motherboard to flex.

But of course, I don't feel to safe with that crap on, bad cooling and probably shitty pre-applied thermal paste.

So I'm on a mission to find a good cooler, not too expensive, that is compatible with LGA 1155, and has a tool-less design such as push-pins, or a small back plate type thing, so it would fit.

Please can someone help me find such a thing, ****** is not much of a help at all. The only heatsink I had found was the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2, which uses push-pins. It all seems fine, but I read that the actual cooling is not that good (From a good source - Tomshardware).

No, I have a Full Tower ATX case and a ATX motherboard. They are compatible.

Also, I've been now looking at the Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 High Performance.

Anyways, I recommend you one Coolermaster V6 GT , actually I have one of these and they are pretty good...

Just to let you know :

My computer is at 4.2 Ghz right now and it doesn't go over 62є ( Full Load), with one Intel i7 920 ( Quite hot compared to the 1155 CPU's )

Edit: Actually on the review it doesn't says it supports 1155 CPU Socket but on the official website it does..

The only con I find in this cooler is that if you push at maximum speed ( FAN's ) You'll get some sound... hehe

Still when I used Prime95 to test my CPU OC Temperatures and stability, I didn't had to put at maximum speed but only about 60%

Thanks Slash, but that back plate is the same one as the one I've had previously, so it probably won't work.

And RealCop, that's the one I RMA'd! I would suggest getting the CM Hyper 212 Plus instead.

I actually have the Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev2. However I have to agree that the cooling is less then I suspected, but it certainly does beat the standard cooler Intel delivers. I have my CPU overclocked to about 3.6ghZ which is 1ghZ faster than normal. Though the temperature is about the same, so it does do it's job. (for the rest I never had issues with it, I'm using a Quad Core, i5).

Thanks for confirming this. I'm think I'm going to get the Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 and use the Arctic Silver 5 paste instead of the pre-applied.
