Reputations is under your post count.
To receive reputations you need to help other people out and not ask for it, If they think your help was helpful and they feel to give your a reputation (REP+) ten will press the star under your name and that will add you 1 reputation.
So just help around get 50 post counts and get some reputation, Remember do not ask for reputations points as people doesn't like that and they will just ignore you.
