It is not clear there is nothing on the site! Who write, how to register? Who is paying? I have 5 people in a personal written that for 15 euros which can provide a hosting service! Can we trust them?

Well it'll be depending on you if you wanna trust them, I prefer you buy them from trusted websites, much safer
