I ban him 50 times but he can come agian I want to ban his host name

Ban his country, xxx.*.*.* where xxx is the first part of his IP.

Close the server ? He can't hack it while closed if he is hacking while entering it ?

do /rcon login "enter your server password" and do /rcon ban "his id"
and that's all !
