i am noob in it

It's ok, keep trying. Watch some tutorials on ******* and remember practise makes perfect. These things wont happen over night, you got alot of learning to do.

Download backgrounds, styles, brushes from ******.. and practive everyday. then you will be a professional in Photoshop don't worry it won't have today or tomorrow.. i mean like 1 month or more!!.
