Why is it that every server I join crashes/freezes every fifteen minutes? I get it on the NGRP server the worst. I'm not sure if its my graphics card (ATi Radeon HD 4200), my processor (AMD Phenom II N640 Dual Core 2.9GHz) or my RAM (3.7). Is it because my computer sucks, or are all the servers I try to join just unstable?

No, your computer is good enough to play GTA: San Andreas.
It might be your graphic card drivers. I would try to download the latest ATI Drivers.

Toshiba doesn't allow the installation of new drivers for some retarded reason. I forgot to mention that when it freezes, the screen goes black whenever I try to join a server, and I have to delete the chatlog in order for it to work again.
