Alright so the other day i purchased a ventrilo server from Serverffs. I have used them in the past many times. But of Course they had means of support then. Whats up with them Removing all support? are they asking to lose customers? My Ventrilo server keeps going down and guess what? No support! What do you all think of what woet has done to serverffs? In my opinion ill probably change to a different host as there is no point in dealing with server problems with NO SUPPORT

i was with them for 3 year and seriously very happy, ... after they shut off the ticket system, i went to another host

Never liked ServerFFS, even when they had the "voluntary" support workers.
As I keep telling people, you can purchase a vps off a good company for the same price and host whatever you like.
Yes get a refund. serverffs is fucked up, wasted piece of crap.

ServerFFS is shit, we with them for 3 days when they had support, and it was still shit, so i got a refund.

This is nothing new. Everyone knows ServerFFS is going downhill. So maybe you can better stop creating topics.

i had them my self a other good bro friend of my had them too then one day all the server goes down he ask for support no they was not there all his web files his server files all gone thank God he made the backups he is still with them today i think why i do not know i my self like have gone to Dedicated Servers now there so much better and if you get tcadmin or gamecp or some other Game Control Panel you can run any game you like on any server from gta sa all the way to gta vc to gt4 or iv-mp no lie and add as ment player slots as you like with out haveing to pay more money to get more slots so if you want only 50 you can have 50 but in time when your server gets more people you can add more with out haveing to pay for it all you pay for is the Dedicated Server and the Game Control Panel host it depends on what one you pick though now there are others out there but ya do not go with serverffs take my work and about 900+ others here on the samp forums now remember Dedicated Servers are not cheap but you can find some real good one's though That's All Thanks Again From Tom_Fox Server_Owner Of Tom's Games Servers
