Hei man, sometimes only for a specific ID when a player that have (for example) ID 7 can't Login, becouse after have inserted the password continues to see the Login screet without password box.
He see the city from above.

I'm assuming it's a scripting problem, so we need to so some actual script (like the code affecting where they login, in OnGameModeInit and OnPlayerSpawn I suppose).
