You need to delete gta_sa.set from My Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files

My bro had similar problem after updating his nvidia drivers.

Try uninstalling it. After you uninstall it your PC will install it again after you reboot your computer. That way it will return to its old version.

before , you uninstal SA-MP , and then you uninstal GTA !! Delete all Files GTA San Andreas
and Install GTA San Andreas again . so you can instal SA-MP and can playing again
