So, i bought a server at JiHost yesterday and today i noticed my server crashes every 20 minutes.
Its not my gamemode, at my homehost it was working fine. I made a ticket which didn't got answered yet.
Also, im not using any plugins, NPC's or filterscripts.
Should i request a refund or wait on an answer on my ticket?

In another topic about this host the owner said he can't be online 24/7.
So wait for an answer.
If you don't get answered soon, request a refund, and buy a better host.

Sometimes scripts acts differently on different servers, I guess your home hosted server is Windows while the host server most likely runs on Linux.

Some host's aren't very good with there customer service, if you need any help Open a ticket with me can't name it but yeh I think you know and I can help you set it up, working correctly.

For 0.50 cents you get 500 slots and crashes every 20 minutes. nice

Wait for the provider to respond, if he does not respond within 24 hours or so its time to choose a new host.

I bought from JiHost and they didn't answer my tickets + I got attacked, their server kinda sux
Fixed the issue by moving my server to another host.
