I think this says it all, the game mode will not load up at all.

Any possible ideas why?

This means you are missing a plugin in server.cfg which is needed to run the script properly, otherwise the gamemode goes blank and is corrupt until you add the plugin. Show use your plugins line/folder or/and your #includes.

Edit: Noticed, missed a plugin (streamer)

Download streamer, use the steamer.dll if windows, and streamer.so if linux, if its linux, open your server.cfg and add this line: plugins streamer.so

You probably don't have Whirlpool and Filemanager.
