Server is crashing when someone is logging in.

When someone logs in ( by dialog or /login ), the server is crashing ( on Volt-Host. ).
When someone logs in on my homehosted server, the server isn't crashed, and using same files.

1 thing is diffrent between windows & linux.
WINDOWS :
Код:
[17:42:02] Loading plugin: crashdetect
LINUX :
Код:
[14:39:22] Loaded 3 plugins.
[14:39:22] Failed (/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.14' not found (required by plugins/crashdetect.so))
[14:39:22] Loading plugin: crashdetect.so
[14:39:22] Loaded.
I guess it's something with crashdetect plugin ?
EDIT:
I removed crashdetect plugin, still, crashing.

File permissions? That's the only thing I can think of right now.

The server must be able to read and write from the scriptfiles folder and any subdirectories you may have.

Its definetly from one of the plugins i have troubles sometimes with Volt-Host too cause its linux and you need to divert every single file to the linux version so yeah its from one of your plugins remember to do .so behind the plugins not .dlll
