There is no kill list when i play samp... I noticed the installer didnt give me a d3d9.dll... can someone link that? (DLL files doesnt work because the one samp gives you modifies it).

I also tried pressing F9 and F10 (forget which one it was).

Did you try different servers? Maybe the server you are playing on doesn't use the deathlist. (Most servers do but try it )
