Hello, on I server I play Las Venturas Cops N Robbers, people seemed to be confused on what the cities were based on, where the ideas and designs came from. They didn't believe me when I said they were based on American cities and laughed at me sooo I went and gathered proof and here you go.

*Side Notes*
I live nearby the cities myself and I visit each of them in real life often and here's my summary on them.
LA = Trashy, the streets are really dirty and it smells like piss in downtown...
SF = Is actually a really nice city. If you wake up real early and ride your bike along the bay side its really peaceful and nice.
LV = the funnest of the three, but keep a limit on your money or you'll lose it all, and fast. Though, even when your broke, you can just walk down the strip and be easily amused by the water shows in front of the casinos all night.

This massive game spans the entire state of San Andreas, with visits to three major cities patterned on real-life counterparts. There's Los Santos (based on Los Angeles), a gritty blur of smog and violence; San Fierro (based on San Francisco), and Las Venturas (based on Las Vegas), a midnight wonderland crawling with money, sex and corruption. |
