First of all, i don't think you can get a homehost server on the internet list for free (not sure), but if you want it on hosted tab, goto http://game-mp.com/ , and Register your server there for 9$/month.

(( Sorry for double post, But)), In the server.cfg file, set the part of the file called announce 0 to say announce 1. This announces your server onto the Master Server
