How much player can I run on my pc? I got 2Gigabyte RAM, and 2.6GH processor!

It all depends on your internet connection, that's the main factor. I'm sure you will be able to run a small server on that though.

I would reccomend 60. Having more causes problems. and be sure to have a suitable internet connection as [HIC]TheKiller above said.

From the wiki "Internet access (a full 100 player server uses roughly 4Mbps upstream)" 100 / 4 = 25. I would never even think of hosting a sa-mp server on less then 100mbit. Even a 10 year old with shitty internet can take down any 1mbit line.
