Lol? you deleted #include "a_samp" from your Pawno\include folder. Check this. If there is still a_samp.inc then open Pawno.exe from your Pawno folder and open larp.pwn with File\open and try then to compile.

Do what Riddick says. If you do not have a_samp.inc you can download it from here:

Linuxs Server: http://files.sa-mp.com/samp03csvr_R5.tar.gz
Windows Server: http://files.sa-mp.com/samp03csvr_R5_win32.zip

Extract the files and copy the file a_samp.inc from pawno/include folder.

We don't know for what you need 'Bulletsbike' define. 'i' define it's from
