Well, i have reinstalled GTA SA, SAMP. I dont have any Mods, but ingame i see some of them, but i dont know in which map the files should be.
PS: and after i reinstalled SA, the graphics were very ugly, i have changed everything in the menu, but nothing helped, i have downloaded new drivers, that didnt work either.

Anyone has a solution for these 2 problems?

Well, i have played samp like 1 year ago, i had installed some mods yes, but some time later i deleted SA, SAMP and all mods. But now after iv installed samp,i saw 2 mods i had 1 year ago! :S [weird story i know]

This is a problem with car components on the server that you play on. You can try a different server or alert the owner of the server that they're assigning car components to vehicles which can't accept them.
