I'm sure it's just a temporary problem, not everything is 100% failsafe. Ideal-host looks like a trustworthy company based on who owns it.

Yeah, but they advertise 24/7 support... it's been about 6 hours since I sent them a support ticket. Obviously no server can be up 99.9% of the time, but its shit how they say they do 24/7 support when clearly they dont.
