I got an account there, but someone said the list is at full capacity...
but it says they arent accept new registrations.

If THEY say the list is full, then OBVIOUSLY they are full and you can't buy a slot. But check it out for yourself rather than listening to someone else.

Yes its true i also have account and i paid for it but still not in hosted tab.
