My npc bot was blinking!

I tried it on local host, server hosting, but this problem shows everywhere.

Sometimes the npc bots exchange, and other blinking again.

If you mean you want to make a static NPC you don't have to use record file. Just use blank NPC script and connect them inside your GameModeInit or somewhere.
