I upload my San Andreas Roleplay script (SARP) and I think everything is right, but It doesnt work

I uploaded - All the Filterscripts in my server.cfg
- sarp.amx
-Everything in Scriptfiles
- Plugins

FIXED! I had streamer.dll not streamer.so
