Completly re-install gta-sa and then re-install sa-mp. Mods gone.

i did this 3 times i have the cd and reinstaled it but it did not work omg the same cars are there trust me thay are like stuck in my stystem

Go to your C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\ and delete the GTA San Andreas directory by holding down SHIFT+DELETE. Now try re-installing.
