Sow when the power outage was over i turned on my pc and i saw:

Use the CD you got with Windows 7 to do a recovery, it probably corrupted some data.

Well if you have the CD install it again, try to put the password to your pc.

Just reactivate it with the Key on the CD of Win7.
If you don't have a CD then you should buy it.
Since it was probably just preinstalled(usually you can get a key then too[manual or something]) or you just got it from someone else.

if it's preinstalled the SERIAL MUST BE ON THE PCs' CASE (oem vendors must always give you the serial of your windows) or just enter the serial from the windows 7 cover sticker, then activate it and voila.

Again with the ignorance, DRIFT_HUNTER.
The commercial and public sector obviously have legitimate versions of Windows, and many individuals who work for ICT firms also have legitimate Windows licenses. And you're forgetting how many people buy computers from stores like PC World and other large giant stores which provide Windows for free with computers, as well as many other giants like HP that sell computers with Windows OEM, and more.
