And when i compile it and then it shows the error.

fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "YSI/Y_ini"

You need to put the appropriate include files into your includes folder and in this circumstance it looks like you need to get the Y_ini include and put it into a YSI subfolder in your includes folder.

With 3 ranks Helper, Helper Moderator, and Newbie.

Helper and just answer to the newbies.

Helper Mod can mute and unmute people from the newbie chat and help the newbies and helpers.

Newbies can ask questions in /n only.

Can you help me with that?
