If you read the other topic you would know that it is impossible to run any servers on a webspace, unless you use a php security leak that might be open on some very rare Webspace providers. Using this leak will be treated as a illegal use of the webspace and will just lead to your account beeing deleted.
This will probably happen automatically within some hours.

So just dont do it and get a VPS or samp dedicated for some $ instead of kidding around with servers on webspaces.
