Use the crashdetect plugin then just wait patiently. Check your server.log and print us what the crash detector returns.

Crash detect say Cannot identify file name (I think that plugin is bugged) can you link me yours?

Oh, it means array index ran out of array size in some place (this is the new feature of crashdetect - detecting runtime errors)

Please download the new build (fixed the unknown script thing, the new one should print where the error occurs):

After that, when it tell you the script name, compile it with -d3 to get line number, function name, etc
