I'm having this problem lately, my players are telling me that this is happening 4 times a day on the server, I don't know why it does get caused, maybe by a maintenance on the host or whatever. I wanted to know if anyone knows how to prevent/findout what this is.

I saw this in my server.log, I can't really say what possibly can cause this.

It could be caused my people that know your rcon password maybe (try to change it ?),

and if that doesnt work you could try testing your server out/adding debug messages (like on every command "print("/help has been used")" in console in order to see when it "crashes" in case its a server crash).

I had this problem too and the problem was that i've used "i" *(interger) on a string at sscanf.
