[Request] Roadblock Script Edited

So I would like a normal edit of this so its not needing the godfather script..

I would like it to be administrator only, you must wear one out of the 3 skins and be in a dozer

Skins ID are: 260, 16, 27

Would also like to remove the HQ Stuff
