Is it possible to remove radar (in left down corner), weapon icon and watch (in top right corner) and if it is how can i do it?

Short answer: no. Long answer: No, but you could add a textdraw above them. If it will look good is doubtful. The HUD will also be hidden when the player has a drunk level of over 5000 (I think), but then the camera will also wobble and you won't be able to properly drive a car.
