Thats what SAc did but since its not coming back it wont. Just put the ip you want banned in your samp.ban file in your server folder

As Wee said, add

Code:

to the samp.ban file.

but then u could ban a guy with same range who's not a hacker

You dont always have to ban the full range ofc

just ban and if he keeps comming back ban the range.

or you make a script, ban the range and the rest that wants to join you can exclude them
