Once connected to a server, whenever i press ESC or alt tab out & in my mouse doesn't work anymore. I can't click on anything in the GTA menu, I can't rotate my camera in the game anymore.
What would cause this!?

It happend to me.
It's because you using GTA mods.
reinstall your GTA.

Just press ESC twice And voila. Mouse works again

Dude it happens to me a lot, you need to SPAM the ESC button to let it work ^^

me too when i join game my mouse frozen when want to type message
and when i play SA-MP in Mod Windows its work !
so any another idea to help please

I used to have that too, I just went in the menu, used my keys to go to options and just adjust the mouse settings (you don't really have to change anything, just reactivate 'fly with mouse as an example').
Its only temporary untill it happens again, you have to do it again, for me it barely happend.
