Default Hosted list not being renewd
Hello,

My hosted list needed to be renewed so i payed for it(was surprised to see the price lowered) but it is still not activated again, how come?

Little bump. We host the server together so I also want to know what's going on.

We mailed support@game-mp.com now but nobody is answering. The money is transferred already so we really want to know why our servers aren't added to the hosted list.

In the help I read everything is processed automatically and should take up 5 to 10 minutes, only it's almost a week now for us.

What is your server ip that is not renewed?

Thanks for your response, but I got a reply on my second mail now. Seems it is a problem with an eCheck of paypal. Before we didn't had this problem, possibly this is because it has to be transferred to a personal account this time, while before it was a business account.

Not yet, but it's expected to be fixed tomorrow.

Just to let you know it's finally fixed now. Was indeed a paypal issue. So we need to start renewing earlier.
